Terms & Conditions

·         All bookings made online must be "validated" at reception/self-serve kiosk prior to attending, even if the membership includes "free" attendance for the activity.

·         Bookings with a monetary value made online cannot be cancelled online. Please telephone the centre or 0300 333 0300 to do this, giving at least 24 hours’ notice, where possible.

·         The standard Active Membership Terms and Conditions apply.

·         XHeight Adventure Climb; we cannot guarantee you or your guests will be able to climb or enter XHeight if you or any guest arrives after their allocated start time.

·         Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.

·         Explore Adventure Play; we recommend that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your reservation to check in at reception and receive the correct wristband.

·         Circadian Trust reserves the right to amend, withdraw and/or update the Terms and Conditions at their discretion.

·         Members must abide by the Terms and Conditions governing entry and use at each leisure centre as displayed.

·         Circadian Trust, who operate and run Active Lifestyle Centres reserves the right to refuse admission to any of its facilities.

 

Liability

·         Circadian Trust accepts no responsibility for the loss of, or damage to, property or injury, illness or death, on these premises unless caused by its own negligence.

 

Refund, and Cancellation Policy:

  • Customers providing 24 hours’ or more notice are able to transfer a booking to an alternative date and time by calling 0300 333 0300.  This is subject to availability.
  • Booking transfers cannot be conducted online.  Please call 0300 333 0300.
  • Failure to provide 24 hours’ notice will result in the full activity fee being forfeited. 
  • Should we have to cancel an activity due to circumstances beyond our control, customers will be entitled to transfer their booking to an alternative day or time.  This is subject to availability.  Should the activity be unavailable the customer will be entitled to as full refund.
  • Should the customer cancel or fail to turn up for an activity no refund will be given.
  • Parties and Group Bookings: Should you need to move your booking, we require a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice; we cannot transfer large party/group bookings within 2 weeks prior to your activity.
  • You are advised to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your session start time for XHeight Adventure Climb.  Please be aware that we cannot guarantee you or your guests will be able to climb or enter XHeight if you or any guest arrives after their allocated start time.  (This is due to a compulsory Health and Safety briefing which takes place at the start of the session).  Failure to arrive in time for the safety briefing will result in the full activity fee being forfeited.
